Ironman and Ironwoman

Contratulations to our two athletes Sean O’Brien and Kat Sherling, both of who completed their first iroman race, and both in their first tri season ! Sean completed IM Lanzarote on 21 May and Kat completed IM Hamburg on 5 June. Well done to you both :-)
