Privacy notice
This notice explains how T3 Triathlon Club (“T3”, “we”) uses personal information collected through this website. We keep it to the minimum we need to run the club.
Hosting status: This committee-review copy is hosted on Replit. The final site will move to Cloudflare after the committee approves the site.
Who we are
T3 Triathlon Club is a volunteer-run triathlon club based at UCD, Dublin. The club committee is responsible for personal data collected through this website. You can contact us about anything in this notice at teethree2020@gmail.com.

We don’t ask for, and you shouldn’t send us, health or medical information through the website form. The form also includes an email subject and a hidden spam-trap field.
Member photos and stories
Many of the stories on this site were written by members over the years and include names and photos of club members at races and events. We keep them because they’re part of the club’s history.
If you appear in a story or photo and would like your name removed, your photo taken down, or a whole story removed, email teethree2020@gmail.com. We’ll act on it promptly, normally within a few days, and without asking you to explain why.
We only publish new stories with the agreement of the member who wrote them.
Joining the club
Membership is bought through Triathlon Ireland. When you join, Triathlon Ireland collects and handles your details under its own privacy policy, which you can read on its website. Members’ training information will be handled in the members’ app, which will have its own privacy notice.
